I want to know about this topic. I read many books,publication. I want to stand in this field. My topic is Kitchen Equipment Marketing Examples. Professionally designed commercial kitchen with catering equipment will improve the workflow and allow fast paced working environment. When you are in a restaurant business every minute count and customer values your efforts when you deliver the menu item in a quick time once it is ordered. An efficient kitchen design should provide a good space for working employees and equipment. Too little or too much of space affects the work flow and well designed kitchen will prevent holdups and interruptions improving the work flow. Ergonomics for comfort and safety: Utilizing the space in the right way is one part of the good commercial kitchen design which when coupled with good ergonomics gives comfort and safety. A professionally designed commercial kitchen offers comfortable work space and reduces the chances of injuries, accidents and fatigue.Is this right information? I didn't get the right solution.
